So you think you've seen another bakery but this Australian bakery, Cobs, actually has a differentiator - good choices of great tasting breads (they also have pastries) and very congenial (singing, dancing - at least the ones we've seen at the Kensington Market location this morning). A fun way to start our day at the market. The bread choices I recommend would be Lekkerbrot, Soy & Flaxseed and their popular Cape Seed that's packed with grains, sesame, poppy, sunflower & flaxseeds (last one is what I have sitting on my cupboard today). They have locations throughout the city but I particularly like their location at The Annex [370 Bloor Street West] as its on my way to one of my clients and has street parking.
The COBS website also has great recipes that you may want to check out. For other Ontario locations, click here.

I loved the Cape Seed bun I bought today. I ate it all the way home as I could not stop for lunch. I plan to go back to the Annex location and buy more of it.
