Connect Art

Women's Healthy Environments Network (WHEN), in conjunction with the Art Gallery of Ontario Youth Council makes the connection between art and the environment at an interactive art installation event tonight called CONNECT ART at the 4th floor of the Centre for Social Innovation215 Spadina Avenue from 6p-9pm

Bring your cameras and prepare to be entertained and enlightened at this eco-friendly building. There will be a silent auction with items like original art work by women, health consultations by women, year subscription to Shameless Magazine, Good For Her, restaurant gift certificates (Free Times Cafe, Freshwood Grill, etc), recycled bicycle, complete bicycle tune-ups, gift certificate from The Wine Place, products from Mountain Equipment Co-op, among others. Vegetarian treats, Amato's pizza, and organic Ontario wine, courtesy of Frogpond Farm Organic Winery will be served.

All proceeds will go towards supporting the vital work that WHEN does in educating the public, media, and governments on environmental links to health and advocating for policy change.
