From Farm to Fork

I was at the CNE over the weekend and saw the many "Farm to Fork" initiatives to provide transparency of how livestock is properly feed so as to educate consumers in knowing where their beef, pork, chicken, etc. comes from. Cumbrae even added a Cumbrae TV on their website to continue this education of consumers beyond the walls of exhibition halls. Next time you go to the frozen food aisle, check out the website of the company producing your meats to know more about the company's food process and practices.
