Jen Gould's 'Music Soup' Stirs Up Juno Nomination

music_soup.jpgToronto's Jen Gould was recently nominated for a Juno Award. Her album "Music Soup" is up for Children's Album of the Year. She used Facebook to promote her music and she's been doing live shows around Toronto for months.

Through the Facebook group, a children's clothing retailer got wind of her CD and ordered 10,000+ for an in-store promotion. With more word-of-mouth power stoked by Facebook friends, orders for thousands more poured in. To date, over 20,000 CDs have now been sold!
