Jetsun's Juicyburger on Eglinton East

If you happen to be around 1900 Eglinton East, you have to check out Jetsun's Juicyburger. It's next to a Subway and Starbucks in a strip mall and you'd think its just another mom and pop joint but in reality, its actually quite a tasty treat and a great experience.

These 3/4 inch thick burgers are quite tasty especially when paired with their real cheese curds in poutine and top it off with a Kawartha Dairy Ice Cream milkshake. All of this for approximately $9. A nice treat to give one energy as the cold winds start to make it to Toronto.

These are NOT frozen burgers. I visit this place regularly and have seen them making the burgers by hand many, many times. I've also seen them cutting the potatoes for the fries. I think the only frozen thing in this place is the ice cream!

you can see them making burgers in the back along with cuttung fries. It's like the way Licks used to be before they started serving frozen burgers...I remember making the Licks burgers at Eglinton and Yonge when they had that two story store on Yonge...and those burgers to me is more like the way Licks used to taste.
