Ki Japanese Restaurant on Bay Street

Ki Restaurant BCE Place Toronto Ontario Canada This is the entrance to Ki, a Japanese Restaurant and Bar in the heart of the financial district. Performing sushi magic, the chefs will tend to your every sushi whim. Want a lively ambiance? Sit next to the ponds looking out to Bay Street. I do miss the teak and granite bar at the patio, that's only open during the summer. So what to eat? The Sunomono salad with cucumber, harusame noodles and wakame seaweed is a good start then continue onto a mouth-watering tamarind-glazed Ontario Lamb and Pineapple. You can then move on to classic and modern makimoto choices, a hot entree panko-encrusted Kurobuta Pork Loin with orange-ginger reduction and spicy pineapple salsa or a cold entree of Ki two-way tartar Wasabi-Toro and Canadian AAA Striploin with spicy coconut and crispy shallots on the side. Looks like the Saké Infused Trio of Crème Brûlée [raspberry, ginger and yuzu] are a favourite. Meet a business partner or bring a friend to enjoy a fresh take on the Japanese style of leisurely eating and drinking.
