Santa Claus is Coming to Town

Not to be missed is the Santa Claus Parade, taking place this year at 12:30 p.m. on Sunday, November 18.

scparda.jpgThe Santa Claus Parade is a Toronto family tradition, with a lot more than Santa and his elves attending. The power of this event is it's community spririt, with bountiful picnics and cookouts in Queen's Park and lots of activities for young and old pre-parade.

While waiting for Santa to grace the parade, check out all the incredible floats and marching bands from all over the Canada and the US. Also be sure to bring a spare bag, since the Santa Claus Parade is also an extravaganza for retailers handing away samples of their newest products to woo new customers, young and old.

This event is a must see for young and old and embodies the spirit of community that Toronto offers every day.
