Turn off your lights on March 29.. Toronto participates in Earth Hour

If 2.2 million people and 2100 businesses turned off their lights for one hour, an energy consumption reduction by 10.2% for that will be equivalent to taking 48,000 cars off the road for that hour. Wouldn't that give our planet a bit of breathing space and lessen global warming? This is what happened in Sydney and their movement has gone global.
