Wild Game Menu at Biermarkt

I had the pleasure of eating at the Biermarkt on the Esplanade in Toronto yesterday. I have passed by it many times but decided to try our the restaurant for it's Wild Game Month, which extends until December 5, 2007.

Biermarkt is a Belgian inspired extablishment with an extensive beer selection, not to mention excellent rustic food. Come hungry and thirsty, as almost every meal selection is ultra-hearty and the beer pairings will make you want to be rolled out the door. The menu even gives inpiration for the best beer to drink with each dish.

The atmosphere at the Biermarkt is comfortably informal and the ambience is festive and light. They even have a great beer cellar if you don't feel like eating. But you will want to eat because the Belgian inspired menu is really inspiring.
